Topic: Public Comment Period Opens for updates to Public Works Design Standards Manual and accompanying Ordinances

The City of Virginia Beach Departments of Public Works and Planning are presenting updates to Chapter 8 of the Public Works Design Standards Manual, Stormwater Management Ordinance, and Floodplain Ordinance for public comment.

Documents posted for public comment can be found at http://www.vbgov.com/swcomments.
Comments may be submitted by completing the comment form found on the webpage, or by emailing SWComments@vbgov.com. The public comment period will remain open through January 14, 2022. Staff will compile comments and provide responses prior to presenting to City Council for adoption on February 1, 2022.
