Endurance IT Services to Build New Headquarters and Add 62 New Jobs in Virginia Beach

Endurance IT Services, a Virginia Beach information technology services firm, has announced plans to more than double its workforce and build a new 15,000-square-foot headquarters facility. The company provides information technology including infrastructure services, IT staffing, IT consulting, project management and managed services for private-sector clients.Endurance IT Services, founded in 2008 by Blake White, has purchased a two-acre site on Greenwich Road for the new headquarters location. Currently, the company has 52 full-time employees, and the expansion will include an additional 62 new jobs with average annual salaries of $85,000 to $95,000. The jobs include systems analyst, server engineer, network engineer, infrastructure engineer, project managers, fractional IT director, business development, business analyst and help desk engineer. The company's growth has been remarkable, and it continues to receive awards including Best Places to Work in Hampton Roads and Best Places to Work in Virginia. It was also named on the 2016 Inc 5000 List of Fastest Growing Companies. The Virginia Beach Development Authority has awarded an Economic Development Investment Program grant in the amount of $105,000 based on the number of jobs created. Endurance IT Services will invest more than $1.3 million in real estate, fixtures and business equipment.
