govSolutions, Inc. Expands with new Corporate Headquarters and 10 new jobs

govSolutions, Inc., a Virginia Beach company founded in 2004, has announced plans to build a 4,000-square-foot headquarters building to serve its growing operations. The new building will be located at 108 S. Birdneck Road in Virginia Beach.govSolutions is a full-service office furniture and interiors service provider serving the corporate, government, health care and hospitality business sectors. Capabilities include interior space planning and design; project management; relocation management; and product installation. The company is a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and Small, Women-owned and Minority-owned business with 13 employees. This expansion will allow them to add an additional 10 jobs to accommodate business growth. govSolutions has been named as a Small Business Top Ten to Watch by the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce.“Virginia Beach has provided our company with an ideal location for growth,” said Donna Long, president of govSolutions, Inc. “The opportunities and support here for SWaM businesses are tremendous and have helped us significantly increase our sales volume over the past several years.”The new location represents an $830,000 capital investment in the City. It was recently awarded a subcontract agreement by Hensel Phelps to provide Herman Miller furniture and installation services for the new NASA Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Fl.
