Mythics to Move Corporate Headquarters to Virginia Beach Town Center

Company to occupy 38,951 square feet at 4525 Main Street Tower and create 30 new jobsMythics, an Oracle partner of the year that was founded in Virginia Beach in 2000, will move its corporate headquarters to 4525 Main Street Tower in Virginia Beach Town Center. The company will expand operations by leasing the top floor of the building and the majority of the 8th floor. Mythics will relocate 143 full-time employees to the new corporate headquarters, and expansion plans project the creation of an additional 30 full-time positions with salaries competitively defined for the Hampton Roads demographic. The capital investment in real estate improvements, business property, and machinery and tools exceed $7.5 million. The Virginia Beach Economic Development Authority has approved an Economic Development Investment Program grant in the amount of $250,000 based on capital investment. The grant will offset Mythics' investment in real estate improvements and business equipment.
