Point One USA, LLC Expands Operations in Virginia Beach Six New Jobs and 22 Retained

​Point One USA, LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) founded in 2013, will expand its operations in Virginia Beach. The company is purchasing 3121 Holland Road, a 1.104-acre site with an 8,400-square-foot facility. The expansion will create six new jobs in Virginia Beach and retain the existing 22 full-time positions in the City with average annual salaries exceeding $80,000. Point One USA, LLC provides training for military and law enforcement professionals to help counter the growing the growing threat of terrorism. The company currently has two other facilities in Virginia Beach including its corporate headquarters and one in San Diego. It will expand its Virginia Beach operations to the new location on Holland Road once it's complete in September. ​The Virginia Beach Economic Development Authority has approved an Economic Development Investment Program grant in the amount of $30,000 based on Point One USA, LLC's capital investment of $1.05 million in real estate and business property and job creation. "We are pleased to keep this dynamic company in the City and feel that the strong business climate here has helped propel its growth," said Virginia Beach Economic Development Director Warren D. Harris. "Additionally, Point One has been successful in finding highly skilled and qualified employees in this market with our large number of retired military and trained workforce."
