Raymond K. White joins Virginia Beach Department of Economic Development as Business Development Manager

Raymond K. White joined the Virginia Beach Department of Economic Development as business development manager. His primary responsibilities include managing the Department’s defense and alternative energy target industry programs. He previously served as vice president of marketing for Northeast Commission and executive director of the Albemarle Economic Development Commission in North Carolina, and as director of Economic Development for the City of Hampton.
