VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (August 14, 2018) —VSA Resorts will relocate its corporate headquarters from 2696 Reliance Drive in Virginia Beach and introduce a new service line through VSA Association Management. The official ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on Monday, August 20 at 11:30 am at 2829 Guardian Lane.

Virginia Beach Vice Mayor Jim Wood, Rose Hall Councilwoman Shannon Kane and 84th District Delegate Glenn Davis will assist in the ribbon cutting. VSA Resorts has grown to employ more than 150 people in Virginia Beach. The company was founded in 1986 and provides vacation ownership services at Atrium Resort, Ocean Key Resort and Ocean Sands Resort in the oceanfront district.

"We are thrilled to apply our expertise in timeshare HOA management to condo, property and homeowner's associations," says VSA Resorts President and CFO Lori Overholt. "Our customer-service focus in the vacation ownership business carries over to servicing our association clients and makes us the clear choice in HOA management."

The new location provides an opportunity to expand its offerings, and the company will launch VSA Association Management to provide services for homeowners' associations. Professional services will include full-service monthly community management, specialized board governance and business consultation such as yearly budgeting and comprehensive financial reports. Two new jobs will be created with the expansion.

"VSA Resorts has used a focus on value, service and atmosphere to expand and diversify their business portfolio," said Virginia Beach Economic Development Director Warren D. Harris. "Virginia Beach is fortunate to have a company like VSA Resorts that embraces innovation, and as a result, expand their HQ operations here in our city."

"We embrace technology in every aspect of our services, saving our clients time and resources and help streamline their processes," states VSA Senior Vice President of Associations, Michele Colson. "Our professional relationships result in thriving, strong and viable communities that embrace diversity while creating unity and building community."

Overhold concludes, "We love providing positive, memorable experiences to people on vacation, homeowners and our team members and there is no place better to do it from than Virginia Beach."For more information on Vacation Sales Associates, please visit www.VSAResorts.com.For VSA Association Management, please visit www.VSAAManagement.com.
